Le fils a pu conserver son \u00ab\u202fbudget de soins personnalis\u00e9\u202f\u00bb (<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">persoonsgebonden budget<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> &#8211; PGB) avec lequel il peut payer ses propres aidants professionnels, et, s\u2019il le veut, aussi sa m\u00e8re. La municipalit\u00e9 d\u2019Etten-Leur voulait obliger une fille \u00e0 faire le m\u00e9nage pour sa m\u00e8re, sans r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, en tant que proche aidant. La m\u00e8re et la fille ne vivent pas dans le m\u00eame domicile. Le juge a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que ce n\u2019est pas l\u00e9gal.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00c0 chaque demande de soins, une municipalit\u00e9 peut voir s\u2019il y a des proches aidants disponibles.
